Art. 3.° El producto de loa remates so consignará en las Administraciones principales de Hacienda nacional o en las Oficinas que designe el Poder Ejecutivo, en las mismas especies en que se pagan los derechos de Aduanas, o sea la mitad en dinero y mitad en billetes del Banco Nacional.
