°. Disposición transitoria . Para los subsidios familiares de vivienda de interés social otorgados por el Fondo Nacional de Vivienda, Fonvivienda, cuyo plazo de vigencia se amplía por medio del presente decreto no será aplicable lo dispuesto en el

Parágrafo 1

del artículo 42 del Decreto 975 de 2004, salvo en el caso de aquellos respecto de los cuales dicho Fondo hubiere efectuado el desembolso anticipado de recursos de que trata el artículo 50 del mencionado decreto.
