Art. 131. Los funcionarios á quienes se remitan tales datos, después de tomar nota de ellos ó de confrontarlos con las cuentas respectivas, los legajarán y enviarán lo más pronto posible, bajo cubierta certificada, á la autoridad encargada de fenecer en primera instancia dichas cuentas, para que las agregue á éstas, las consulte al tiempo de examinarlas y haga constar esta circunstancia en los respectivos autos de glosas ó de fenecimiento.
