Las estaciones de radioaficionados deberán suspender sus trasmisiones cuando se comprueben que están causando interferencia a otros servicios autorizados y hasta cuando se hayan corregido las fallas que ocasionaron la interferencia, sopena de incurrir en la aplicación de las sanciones establecidas en el artículo 49 del Decreto legislativo 3418 de 1954.
