Exclusión del Banco de Exitos . El Departamento Administrativo de la Función Pública recomendará al Gobierno Nacional la exclusión de los casos exitosos, cuando éstos dejen de ser sustentables en el tiempo, conforme al numeral 5 del artículo 5º del presente decreto, o cuando las entidades que los presentaron no cumplan las responsabilidades establecidas en el artículo 7º del presente decreto.
