Adiciónese el artículo 14.3.1.14.25 al Capítulo 14, Título 1, Parte 3, Libro 1 del Decreto número 1625 de 2016, Único Reglamentario en Materia Tributaria, así: “Artículo 1.3.1.14.25. Elementos o equipos que son objeto del beneficio tributario previsto en el artículo 424 numeral 7 . La Autoridad Nacional de Licencias Ambientales (ANLA), o quien haga sus veces, certificará en cada caso, los elementos, equipos y maquinaria que de conformidad con el artículo 424 numeral 7 del Estatuto Tributario, estén destinados a la construcción, instalación, montaje y operación de sistemas de control y monitoreo ambiental para el cumplimiento de las disposiciones, regulaciones y estándares ambientales vigentes”.
