El Consejo de Estado ordenará, en cumplimiento del artículo 20 de la Ley 25 de 1928 y de acuerdo con el 185 de la Ley 105 do 1931, que el Gobernador del Departamento visite mensualmente los Tribunales de lº Administrativo del respectivo Departamento. sujetándose a las normas fijadas en el presente Decreto para las visitas a los Tribunales Superiores.
