El concejo Profesional Nacional de Topografía podrá negar la expedición de la Licencia de Topógrafo cuando de la revisión de la documentación de Ingeniería y Arquitectura, o del Concejo Nacional, se comprueben suplantación, adulteración y otras regularidades a lo establecido en el artículo 22 del Decreto-ley 1782 de 1954.
