Para dar cumplimiento a lo dispuesto en el artículo anterior, el Gobierno invertirá en el establecimiento y dotación de la Granja Estación Experimental las sumas provenientes de la venta de la Granja Agrícola de Aracataca, Departamento del Magdalena, autorizada por los Decretos 0367 de diciembre 11 de 1957 y 00977 de marzo 28 de 1958, las resultantes de la legalización de títulos de la parcelación de Teobromina (Aracataca, Magdalena) y ventas de semovientes de la Granja de Valledupar.
