Las prestaciones sociales del personal dependiente de la Dirección de las minas será de cargo de la Caja de Previsión Social Nacional, siendo entendido que dicho personal será considerado como afiliado forzoso de aquella institución, a partir de la fecha de la fundación de la misma.
