LEGISLACIÓN ANTERIOR

Artículo 7º. Las providencias del Alcalde en las actuaciones de lanzamiento, son apelables dentro de las cuarenta y ocho horas siguientes a su notificación, para ante el inmediato superior, en el efecto devolutivo, si se trata de la persona contra quien se dirige la acción, y en ambos efectos si el que apela fuere el querellante.
