La partida destinada por el artículo 4° de la Ley 47 de 1916 para alimentación, lavado y peluquería de los individuos de tropa del Ejército activo, será administrada durante los meses de enero y febrero del presente año por las Comisiones .respectivas establecidas en las Unidades; y de las cuentas correspondientes serán responsables los Contadores de los Cuerpos, quienes las rendirán a la Corte del ramo en la misma forma que las de personal y material que hoy tienen a su cargo.
