Depósito de títulos. Para efectos del depósito de Bonos Pensionales emitidos por la Nación, el título representativo de la emisión, consistirá en el acta de la emisión correspondiente la cual será complementada con la información que le remita la Oficina de Obligaciones Pensionales del Ministerio de Hacienda y Crédito Público a la administradora del depósito, en los términos del Decreto 2555 de 2010. (Decreto 1748 de 1995, artículo 64, adicionado por el Decreto 1474 de 1997, artículo 23).
