Artículo cuarto . Los exámenes serán calificados sobre diez (10). Se considerarán aprobados los exámenes cuya calificación diere un resultado mínimo de siete (7). Los examinados que fueren calificados con menos de siete (7), se considerarán reprobados y sólo tendrán derecho a un nuevo examen seis (6) meses después.

Parágrafo

Los aspirantes a intérpretes oficiales sólo podrán ser examinados en el mismo idioma hasta tres (3) veces.
