º Declárase igualmente legalizado el gasto de $ 248-28, valor de los sueldos cubiertos por el Administrador de Hacienda Nacional de Villavicencio, correspondientes al servicio prestado por el señor Carlos G. Frasser, Comisario Especial del Vaupés, en parte del mes de febrero y en todo el de marzo de 1912, y que la Corte de Cuentas ha elevado a alcance líquido a cargo de dicho Administrador.
