En los términos anteriores quedan modificados el artículo 115 de la Ley 45 de 1923 , el artículo 10 de la Ley 46 de 1945 , el artículo 9°. del Decreto extraordinario número 1465 de 1953, y los Decretos números 515 de 1954, 2793 de 1955 y 335 de 1957, y derogadas las disposiciones contrarias a la presente Ley.
