Art. 11 . Los Presidentes o Gobernadores y las fuerzas nacionales, bajo la inspección y dirección de aquéllos, quedan obligados a prestar a las respectivas autoridades políticas el apoyo armado, si fuere necesario, para llevar a efecto el cumplimiento del presente decreto. Comuníquese y publíquese.
