Registro Sistematizado de los Organismos de Acción Comunal. Es una herramienta, diseñada por el Ministerio del Interior y desarrollada a través del Registro Único Comunal (RUC) o la que se establezca para tal fin, la cual constituye un mecanismo para la identificación, ubicación y clasificación de los Organismos de Acción Comunal, con el fin de que la Dirección para la Democracia y la Participación Ciudadana y la Acción Comunal del Ministerio del Interior pueda tener información sobre los Organismos de Acción Comunal a nivel nacional.
