Destrucción de los formularios. Una vez que la Registraduría correspondiente haya expedido el certificado a que se refiere el artículo anterior, conservará los formularios por veinte (20) días. Durante ese término, los promotores podrán interponer ante la jurisdicción contencioso administrativa las acciones a que haya lugar cuando, por la anulación de firmas, no se hubiere obtenido el apoyo requerido.

Cuando se haya interpuesto alguna acción contra la decisión de la Registraduría, los formularios deberán conservarse mientras ésta se resuelve.

Parágrafo

Vencido el término o resueltas las acciones, los materiales quedarán a disposición del Fondo Rotatorio de la Registraduría.
