La Universidad Distrital "Francisco José de Caldas" seguirá haciendo parte de la Asociación Colombiana de Universidades, con las atribuciones citadas en el artículo 5° de la Ley 41 de 1958 , y en lo relacionado con su funcionamiento y administración se tendrán en cuenta las normas legales sobre universidades en cuanto sean aplicables, tales como la Ley 41 de 1958 , los Decretos 0136, 0251, 0252 y 0277 de 1958 y las demás que posteriormente se dicten.
