Art. 2249. Si se han roto los sellos o forzado las cerraduras por culpa del depositario, se estará a la declaración del depositante en cuanto al número i calidad de las especies depositadas; pero no habiendo culpa del depositario, será necesaria, en caso de desacuerdo, la prueba.

Se presume culpa del depositario en todo caso de fractura o forzamiento.
