Promoción del Sello. El Ministerio de Comercio, Industria y Turismo promocionará la certificación y utilización del Sello mediante acciones de sensibilización e información dirigida a consumidores, usuarios y al público en general.

Parágrafo

Cualquier actividad dirigida a la promoción del Sello deberá cumplir con las especificaciones del manual gráfico y de uso del Sello de que trata el artículo 2.2.1.9.4.16 del presente Decreto. Los actores del Subsistema Nacional de la Calidad y las entidades territoriales también podrán adelantar procesos de promoción.
