A petición del alumno el Rector designa el día y la hora en que debe verificarse la entrega del diploma en el local de la Facultad, y lo avisa el Ministro de Instrucción Pública por si él tuviere a bien concurrir. No podrá verificarse el acto público sin que hayan transcurrido por lo menos tres (3) días después de haber sido declarado el postulante acreedor al título de Ingeniero Civil.
