º . Objeto y duración. La Sociedad Cajanal S. A. EPS tendrá como objeto promover, organizar, garantizar y prestar, directa o indirectamente, los servicios de salud a sus afiliados y usuarios, para lo cual podrá desarrollar las funciones consagradas en el artículo 178 de la Ley 100 de 1993 y demás normas que la reglamenten, modifiquen o adicionen. El término de duración de la Sociedad será indefinido.
