Modifícase el artículo 275 del Decreto 2685 de 1999, el cual quedará así: " Artículo 275. Inspección en zona secundaria aduanera. El exportador podrá solicitar a la autoridad aduanera, autorización para que la inspección se realice en lugar diferente a la zona primaria aduanera, cuando así lo requiera la naturaleza de las mercancías, o en razón de su embalaje, peligrosidad u otra circunstancia que lo amerite. En todos los casos, los usuarios altamente exportadores tendrán derecho al tratamiento aquí previsto, para lo cual se deberá señalar el lugar de inspección en la Solicitud de Autorización de Embarque".
