A partir de la vigencia del presente Decreto, la remuneración mensual de los Procuradores Regionales será de dos millones setecientos doce mil ochocientos veinte pesos ($2.712.820.00) moneda corriente, discriminados así: asignación básica ochocientos cuarenta mil novecientos setenta y cuatro pesos ($840.974.00) moneda corriente; gastos de representación básica ochocientos cuarenta mil novecientos setenta y cuatro pesos ($840.974.00) moneda corriente; prima técnica quinientos quince mil cuatrocientos treinta y seis pesos ($515.436.00) moneda corriente, y prima especial quinientos quince mil cuatrocientos treinta y seis pesos ($515.436.00) moneda corriente.
