º Mayoría. La elección del Revisor Fiscal de un Fondo de Pensiones requiere el voto de cuatro de los miembros de la Comisión. Cada miembro tendrá derecho a un voto. Si efectuada la reunión en la forma prevista en la ley, no se obtiene la mayoría exigida en este artículo, deberá celebrarse una nueva reunión, dentro de los 15 días siguientes. Si en la segunda reunión tampoco se obtiene dicha mayoría, deberá realizarse una tercera reunión dentro de los 15 días siguientes a la fecha de la segunda reunión, en la cual podrá decidirse con el voto favorable de tres de los miembros de la comisión.
