Porte De Armas. Durante los días 7, 8 y 9 de marzo de 1992, quedan suspendidos los salvoconductos para el porte de armas en toda el territorio nacional, sin perjuicio de las autorizaciones especiales que durante estas fechas otorguen los Comandantes de Fuerza, de Brigada, Fuerza Naval, Comandos Aéreos y del Comando Unificado del Sur.
