La circulación de billetes de edición que por esta Ley se autoriza, sin que hayan sido dados en cambio de igual importe en billetes de ediciones antiguas y deterioradas de la edición inglesa, que no hayan sido incinerados, constituye delito de circulación de moneda falsa.
