Artículo tercero . Esta Ley entrará en vigencia una vez cumplidos los requisitos establecidos en la Ley 7ª. del 30 de noviembre de 1944, en relación con los instrumentos internacionales que por esta misma Ley se aprueban.

Ley 46 de 1981 · por medio de la cual se aprueba la "Carta Constitutiva del Instituto Latinoamericano de Ciencias Fiscalizadoras - ILACIF", firmada en Santiago de Chile el 9 de abril de 1965, y el "Acuerdo entre el Instituto Latinoamericano de Ciencias Fiscalizadoras - ILACIF y el Gobierno de la República de Colombia" relativo a la sede del Instituto Latinoamericano de Ciencias Fiscalizadoras y a sus privilegios en territorio colombiano, firmado en Bogotá, el 27 de agosto de1979.
