ARTICULO 4.3.4.3.- EJECUCION PRESUPUESTAL. Corresponderá a la Superintendencia de Valores programar, ejecutar y controlar su presupuesto y ordenar el reconocimiento y pago de las obligaciones a cargo de la misma, con arreglo a las normas administrativas, presupuestales, fiscales y contractuales sobre la materia. El Ministro de Hacienda y Crédito Público podrá delegar en el Secretario General de la Superintendencia de Valores la ordenación del gasto, de acuerdo con las normas que rijan la materia.
