Son funciones de la Sección de Organización y Métodos:

1. Asesorar a las regionales en los estudios de organización y métodos que éstas requieran y colaborar en su implantación.

2. Diseñar y programar los sistemas de información susceptibles de ser procesados electrónicamente (estudios de balances).

3. Estudiar y proponer la elaboración de los sistemas y procedimientos administrativos y operativos del Departamento, colaborar en su implantación, recomendaciones o cambios necesarios.

4. Los demás que le asignen.
