º . Diferir al cero por ciento (0%) el gravamen arancelario de los productos clasificados por las subpartidas arancelarias 84.14.80.23.00, 84.71.90.00.00, 84.77.20.00.00 y 84.77.80.00.00.

Parágrafo

El diferimiento establecido en el presente artículo para la subpartida 84.77.80.00.00, rige sólo por un (1) mes a partir de la fecha de entrada en vigencia del presente decreto. Los demás diferimientos del presente artículo rigen hasta el 31 de diciembre de 2005. Vencidos estos términos, se restablecerán los gravámenes contemplados en el Arancel Externo Común.
