La Caja de Crédito Agrario queda autorizada para importar los elementos necesarios para las instalaciones permanentes de las obras a que se refiere esta Ley, tales como bombas, líneas de trasmisión, compuertas, motores, etc., previo visto bueno del Ministerio de Hacienda libres de derechos de aduana, depósito previo y de cualquier otro impuesto que grave directa o indirectamente tales importaciones.
