La suma a que se contrae el artículo anterior, que se por una sola vez, Será incluida en cuotas partes de cien mil pesos ($ 100.000) en los Presupuestos de 1949 y 1950, o en los posteriores, si por alguna causa justificativa no se hiciere durante las vigencias indicadas.
