HIGIENE. El material, diseño, acabado e instalación de los equipos y utensilios deberán permitir la fácil limpieza, desinfección y mantenimiento higiénico de los mismos y de las áreas adyacentes. Tanto los equipos como los utensilios se mantendrán en buen estado de higiene y conservación y deberán desinfectarse cuantas veces sea necesario para evitar problemas higiénico-sanitarios.
