Para el ejercicio de las facultades que se otorgan al Presidente de la República por esta Ley, éste estará asesorado por una comisión consultiva constituida por dos Senadores y dos Representantes elegidos por las respectivas corporaciones, y por la Sala de Consulta y Servicio Civil del Consejo de Estado.
