La presente ley rige a partir de la fecha de su publicación y deroga las disposiciones contenidas en el Decreto 1790 de 2000 artículos 75, 76, 77, 78, 79, 80 y 81 en el Decreto 1791 de 2000 artículos 33, 34, 35, 36, 37, 38 y 39 y en el Decreto 1792 de 2000 artículos 4º y 108, como también todas aquellas que le sean contrarias.
