Art. 3.° Los individuos que en esta fecha hubieren ganado en Institutos públicos o particulares algunos cursos de los que correspondan a las Escuelas superiores de Jurispendencia, Injeniería, Ciencias naturales i Medicina, podrán continuarlos estudios i ser matriculados en dichas Escuelas sin necesidad del requisito del grado de Bachiller, siempre que se sometan al exámen de habilitacion de los cursos que hubieren ganado, conforme al decreto orgánico de la Universidad nacional.
