Se autoriza a los órganos competentes de la promoción turística del país, para que dentro de sus facultades promuevan al departamento Archipiélago en especial como destino turístico del Caribe y su inclusión en la Organización Caribeña de Turismo, CTO, sin que ello implique aumento de los rubros globales de cada órgano.
