Lo dispuesto en la presente Ley respecto de las zonas francas industriales o de las zonas francas comerciales se aplicará también a las áreas destinadas al desarrollo de actividades industriales o a las áreas de carácter comercial, según el caso, en las zonas francas que tengan la doble naturaleza de industriales y comerciales.
