Ausencia de metodologías. Cuando las entidades estatales vayan a contraer obligaciones contingentes en relación con las cuales la Dirección General de Crédito Público y Tesoro Nacional del Ministerio de Hacienda y Crédito Público no haya establecido una metodología de valoración, la documentación a que se refiere el artículo anterior deberá exponer unas cifras de valoración de dichas obligaciones conforme a una metodología adecuada al respectivo proyecto, la cual será analizada y aprobada por dicha dirección atendiendo la naturaleza del contrato y los criterios señalados en el artículo 2.4.1.1.9. del Capítulo 1 presente título.
