Expirado el término de pruebas y el que se hubiere concedido para practicar las pedidas, lo informará el Secretario. Dentro de cinco días el Juez fallará.

Si el demandante hubiere probado su acción, se decretará la expropiación, y se ordenará en el mismo fallo el nombramiento de perito para el avalúo respectivo.
