Los actos de la Junta Directiva se denominaran acuerdos. Los acuerdos deberán llevar la firma de quien presida la reunión y la del secretario de la junta. El Director General del Instituto asistirá a las sesiones de la Junta con derecho a voz, pero sin voto. En las reuniones de la Junta Directiva actuara como secretario el mismo del instituto, o quien haga sus veces.
