En el caso de que el primero ó segundo Jefes tuvieren que hacer viaje fuéra de la capital de la República, se les expedirá pasaporte como á empleados militares; y si tuvieren que hacer gastos de representación inherentes al puesto que desempeñan, queda autorizado el Ministerio de Guerra para abonárselos.
