La notificación ó aviso de que trata el artículo anterior debe hacerse con la anticipación de un período de tiempo que regule los pagos, según el contrato; pero si este ha sido verbal, ó no aparece de otro modo fijado dicho período, la anticipación será de treinta días para los bienes urbanos, y de noventa días para los predios rústicos.
