Art. 44. El Registrador gozará de los siguientes derechos:

Por extender las diligencias de registro de embargo ó de demanda, cuarenta centavos por cada una;

Por la cancelación de una de dichas diligencias, veinte centavos;

Por la certificación relativa á una de dichas diligencias, cuarenta centavos;
