Transición. Los trámites relacionados con el manejo sostenible de la flora silvestre y de los productos forestales no maderables iniciados con anterioridad a la entrada en vigencia de la presente nefAT8, continuarán rigiéndose por las normas vigentes al momento de iniciado el trámite. No obstante, el usuario podrá solicitar a la autoridad ambiental competente que su trámite se ajuste a lo dispuesto en la presente sección, para lo cual contará con un término de seis (6) meses.
