Para la constitución de la prenda sobre los bienes muebles que se reputan inmuebles por razón de en destino conforme al artículo 658 del Código Civil, por el propietario del inmueble a que están incorporados, en caso de existir hipoteca sobre éste, se requiere el consentimiento del acreedor hipotecario.
