Artículo primero. De las zonas declaradas de reserva especial para la exploración y explotación de Uranio, Torio y demás substancias naturales cuya desintegración sea fuente de energía nuclear, a que se refiere el Decreto 0625 de 1976, se excluye la Zona de Reserva de la Macarena, demarcada por el Decreto 2963 de 1965.
